In accordance with the constitution of Saint Mary’s University Alumni Hong Kong Chapter, an AGM should be held once a year between September and December. For this year, an AGM has just been held as detailed below.

- We have reviewed our events for the current year and our plan for the coming year.
- As the covid-19 pandemic was still severe throughout this year, the restrictions imposed by the government made it impossible to organize any events with a large number of participants. Therefore, there were no activities organized during the first three quarters of this year.
- For the coming year, we anticipate that the restrictions will be gradually alleviated or even totally removed. Under these circumstances, activities can resume when an opportunity arises, such as organizing a welcoming partner for a visitor from SMU.
- We also anticipate that joint activities with the alumni of other universities in Atlantic Canada will be one of the major focuses in the coming year.
