To celebrate the Chinese New Year of the Horse and to celebrate the formal establishment of the SMU Alumni Hong Kong Chapter, a cocktail reception was held at The Helena May in Central on Friday, 21st February 2014.

Although quite a few alumni were unable to attend, we were surprisingly joined by two native Canadian alumni who came from Nova Scotia. One of them has in fact been residing in Hong Kong for more than ten years.

This gathering brought us back the good old memories, both sweet and bitter, of SMU, Halifax and the Maritime Provinces.

Many thanks go to all the participants who made this happen.
